The Shortcut to Successful Studies for students, adults returning to study at any level,
and those attending corporate education.
With the increasing demand on everyone to know more and do more, whether at school or work, we are seeing so many people under stress to manage information overload. While all our programs help address this big challenge in some way, the demand for a tailored study skills program has been growing.
For years now we have run a very successful Study Skills for Students course aimed primarily at Secondary Students. But we are now seeing demand for something for Junior High students as well. Parents of young and older children are seeking to learn how to learn so they can really help their kids.
And more and more we are getting calls from Adults who have gone back to study another degree or do an MBA, and even from business people who want to get more out of the corporate programs they attend.
What they are all saying is they want a program that gives them an advantage in their study – a program with all the best bits of our various programs tailored into something special. So we have built it.
The Buzan Study Skills Program
Two days of ‘learning how to learn’ designed for anyone wanting to learn to make studying more effective, more creative and more fun so they can excel at whatever they, their loved ones, or their teams do.
The two days are designed so you can take just one day’s workshop or attend the complete program.
Both programs explore the amazing brain, the obstacles to effective study and how to overcome them, and BOST: the Buzan Organic Study Technique.
Workshop One looks closely at Mind Mapping and the use of iMindMap, the official Buzan Mind Mapping software.
Workshop Two looks at Range and Rapid Reading and how to super charge your memory to lock learning into place.
We recommend that you attend both days to give your study skills a boost that will serve you well for a lifetime.
The first program for 2010 starts on 16 January so get some more information and download the Information Sheet and Booking Form now.
