Making Cash On the web – How to Survive Your First On-line Disappointment and Still Prosper

It happens all the time. You think you have found the perfect internet business chance and you quickly combine up, with visions of finally making money online. The hurt of losing either money from your pocket, or not getting paid the money you got can be devastating. What is happening here is a loss of confidence and also of cash. I am going to share a few tips about ways to survive this kind of online scam.

Surviving any online scam that cost you money may cripple your ability to do business online or offline later on. We all live and live via our skills to exchange. In doing our tasks, we trade time for money. Online, we exchange our time and expertise for money. If you are likely to continue making money on line, you really have no choice but to survive a scam that’s perpetrated on you. Let’s see how it’s done.

First, my story. This was approximately 2002. He had numerous popular goods, and I discovered that with little effort, I managed to make about $400.00 in affiliate commission quickly. But the wait for his commission immediately turned from gleeful anticipation to obscure disappointment. He was not paying. Pretty soon I discovered that he’d ‘locked shop’ and disappeared with all the commissions owed me and the majority of his other affiliates. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

Here’s the best tip to survive an online scam like this. Don’t trust folks without a proven history, to manage your cash for you. Whether an affiliate operator or investor, folks can go bad fast. In fact they were crooks all along, you just did not understand it at the time. Rather than relying on affiliate programs managers I don’t know, I now work with proven companies that have a good history, such as ClickBank LinkShare, and Commission junction.

Another lesson you can remove from an internet scam, and be brave enough to make money online, is to find out the lesson fast and move on. I can honestly say I have forgiven this guy and I’m so over it. But I am no more crippled by this. I’m a better marketer and a much better person in all this. Even when you work hard for your money, you can still fall victim to crooked characters on the internet.

Limit your exposure by simply not dealing with somebody without recourse. Using payment processors like PayPal and Credit cards can restrict your exposures. Sending bundapoker by money-transfer services to strangers is just plain absurd.
